Legendary porn director, DJ and drag queen Chi Chi LaRue just can't quit gay Atlanta. She returns for a weekend of work that will make your Atlanta Pride even better.

This queen is no stranger to the city. She's helped fluff an expanded sex store, dropped some jocks for charity, delivered beats and porn treats to BJ Roosters, dragged up Marietta Pride and sexed up Atlanta Pride with a host of her hunky pornsters.

Before she helps fill a Best gay Atlanta Pride things to do this weekend, we caught up with LaRue to chat about why she keeps coming back for more, diversity in the DJ booth and what's next for her.

You're always juggling so many projects. So tell us what's happening in your world right now?

A girl's gotta eat! I just really like staying busy so combining porn and music is perfect for me. I just returned from London and Germany and went straight to Vegas to DJ a pool party. My next stop is to you guys in the ATL.

Atlanta is becoming your second home. You visited Atlanta several times last year. What keeps you coming back for more of gay Atlanta?

You know, its pretty crazy because I couldn’t get arrested in Atlanta like seven years ago, but now I've really collected an amazing group of friends here.

You've always got hot and sexy boys by your side. What's the latest “it” look you're seeing in adult film stars? How's that changed over the years? And what's with all this facial and body hair?

That's so funny because people used to say I shaved guys within an inch of their life. It makes me laugh because I never wanted to trim or shave my guys. Hello, I brought Zak Spears into the biz! My latest and greatest is C1R exclusive Jason Phoenix. He stars in “Punished,” Sucked Off in Weird Places” and my newest, “Dirty Lil Brother” that also stars JD Phoenix.

You're legendary in porn and work the DJ booth, too. Which came first? And how did they both develop?

I've loved music since my first album, “The Carpenters Greatest Hits.” Then came things like KISS, Elton John and The Runaways. I'm a true rocker at heart but I really do love all music. As a job, porn came first because I had to live in LA so selling VHS movies at Catalina was a way to put bread on the table. DJ'ing just happened because I hated the music clubs were playing and being a control freak, I took control.

What inspires you in the DJ booth?

Diversity! Donna Summer to Nicki Minaj, Cher to Iggy Azalea. I'm all over the board and if people are dancing, that's a plus.

So we know you're hitting Ten Atlanta on Pride Sunday. What can fans expect?

I don't even know what to accept yet!

Any other appearances scheduled for your Atlanta stop?

I’ll be at the Pride Kickoff Party at the Aquarium on Friday, BJ’s on Saturday night, DJ'ing the David magazine float in the parade and ending up at TEN! I'm very excited to return.
