A handful of new recruits took part in a three-hour training session Saturday for the Atlanta Bucks Rugby Football Club, which is two weeks away from opening its winter season. The club holds the session twice a year with prospective players to provide the basics of the physically demanding sport. “Rugby 101” also serves as a warm-up for veterans, who start the season on Jan. 22.
