Sexy undies peddler, Jell-O shot boy outfitter and Bestest Clothing retailer Boy Next Door is prepping their packages and preparing to move to bigger and better digs. Size queens.

The gay clothing hot spot recently announced that they are expanding, keeping its boutique location and revealing dressing rooms on Piedmont Avenue but adding a second space in Ansley Mall. Details are sparse on the new space and a timeline for when it will open. Such teases.

If you have shopped at the Boy Next Door Menswear in the last year you may have noticed a substantial change. For months there have been rumors about the business direction this community store may be headed. Now it is official. The Boy Next Door Management confirms it will be opening a second retail location in the Ansley Mall shopping center. The Boy Next Door Management believes this move will “make their products and services more accessible to the community”.

Since 1980 the Boy Next Door has served the community by offering hard to find trendy menswear. For decades, the community has supported the boutique making it a destination for LGBT clientele and fashion aficionados. Our Midtown community has grown not only by number, but in its diversity. By opening in Ansley Mall BND, management wanted to identify a location that would be more accessible to all types of customers allowing the ever changing community a cool place to identify with. The original boutique location will remain on Piedmont Avenue. Clients will find each stores product variety to be unique. When asked if this will be the only change the community should expect from the Boy Next Door, the store’s leadership confirmed there are additional locations already in the works, not all of them being limited to Georgia.

With more square footage, the Ansley expansion may offer space enough for the store to host its own fashion shows. You know, the ones that offer bulging swimsuits and sexy models like this one. And this one.
