The fleshy, sexy “Body & Soul” let it all hang out during Saturday’s opening reception for the popular annual exhibit at gay-owned pb&j gallery in Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood.

The show, which runs through March 22, includes the work of gay photographers Bob Burkhardt, Trevor Green and Li Su. And like we’ve grown accustomed with this annual exhibit with a flair for the risqué — see photos from last year’s opening, 2011 and 2010 — the latest one does not spare the nudity. But it’s tasteful and artistic, as Burkhardt told us ahead of the opening reception.
