Bishop Eddie Long’s men-only retreats [video]

image“God has put a mandate on me to bring men together,” says Atlanta’s Eddie “Call Me Daddy” Long. It may seem like odd timing to get the testosterone flowing for the local pastor, who still stands accused of sexual assault and inappropriate use of power on four male church members.

Referring to a Bible passage that calls for men three times a year to “come together and praise and bless his name,” Long (photo) put together three consecutive Monday night manfests for praying and tithing that began last week.

“If you’re a man, come,” Long says.
