Whether you’re looking to get your gay on before or after you strap on your Thanksgiving feedbag, LGBT Houston has you covered. Get a gander and let the long holi-gay weekend commence.

Wednesday, Nov. 26

Shake It Off (top photo). Fun and friends before family drives you crazy. It’s the night before Thanksgiving, and you need this @ South Beach, 9 p.m.

Steak & Bingo. Make Thanksgiving Eve with your gays a new tradition with a great meal, great friends and a great game @ Neon Boots, 5 p.m. dinner, 7:30 bingo.

Fun and Friends. Just a few dozen of your closest friends beating the night away @ Meteor, JR’s and Mining Company, 9 p.m.

Humpgiving. It's Wednesday, you're off on Thursday, and all you can think about is getting busy with DJ Tim Bae and maybe some bottle service @ Bayou City Bar, 8 p.m.

It’s All Gravy Dance Party. Get your #ThanksgivingEve on with DJ Chris Zane @ F Bar, 10 p.m.

It’s All Gravy Pre-Thanksgiving Party. DJ ND mixes it up with Latin, Top 40, EDM and Hip Hop @ Blur, 9 p.m.

Drag Bingo. Lady Shamu calls the balls, you cocktail, and everybody makes the most of having the day off tomorrow @ Guava Lamp, 8:30 p.m.

Whisky Wednesday. It’s all in the name, and the name is Crown Royal @ Eagle Houston, 8 p.m.

 

Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27

Thanksgiving Dinner. Turkey and all the trimmings are on tap for you and yours to join the staffs, management and owner of Houston’s largest gay bar conglomerate. Get with your gays @ JR’s, 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Thanksgiving Dinner. The gay C&W bar provides the turkey and dressing, you bring the sides. Everybody wins @ Neon Boots, 4 p.m.

Happy Thanksgiving! Whether you’re sick of family or need some company, the LGBT-ATL bars are open and pouring. Meet your friends, make new ones, and check with your favorite watering hole for hours of operation and specials, including $1 Wells @ Guava Lamp.

 

Friday, Nov. 28

Fetish Friday (third photo). If it turns your crank, they’re doing it @ Eagle Houston, 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.

Selfies Millennial Friday puts drag and dancing on your radar with scores of friends each and every week @ South Beach, 9 p.m.

Flex Friday gets your motor running with hot boys, drag and other surprises like half-price happy hour @ F Bar, 8 p.m.

Shower Boys never let you down and always get your weekend started right @ Meteor, 10 p.m.

Lounge it! You know what’s up. Happy hour to the wee hours @ Guava Lamp, 9 p.m. This week, “On the Couch” premieres with your hostess/moistest Roxanne Collins at this special viewing party, 10 p.m.

Kissin’ Country Cousins. It’s always time for two-steppin’ and line-dancin’ in the legendary Esquire Ballroom @ Neon Boots. Dance lessons 7:30 p.m., Boot scootin’, 9 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 29

DJ Manny Lehman and Detox. The legendary international circuit master (fourth photo) hits town to pull your strings and make you dance all night long, as well as the “Ru” Girl contestant working the floor @ South Beach, 9 p.m.

Country Dance. Before there was Gilley’s, there was the Esquire Ballroom. Now the legendary space is where your gay-ass boots meet the beat @ Neon Ballroom, 9 p.m.

Leather-Levi Party. Rough and rugged are the men and your fantasies @ Eagle Houston, 12 noon – 2 a.m.

F Experience. You always wanted to do it with DJ Tad Dvorak. With drag. And go-go boys. Join the crowd @ F Bar, 9 p.m.

Sound Factory Saturday. One, two, you know what to do @ Guava Lamp, 9 p.m.

Party time. Excellent. Slip into something that will warm your gay heart @ Bayou City Bar & Grill, all day.

Shower Boys leave a wet spot on your Saturday @ Meteor, 9 p.m.

DJ beats get you moving on the dance floor @ Blur, 10 p.m.

Drag divas never really end when it’s cheap drinks and Showgurlz @ TC’s Showbar, 11 p.m.

Scruffy Saturday. Cruise on over with DJ beats and hot male dancers @ Mining Company, 9 p.m.

Fruit loop. No weekend is complete without a stop in for a few laps around the loop and a drink or five while eyeing the go-go boys @ JR’s, all day.

 

Sunday, Nov. 30

Kickback Sunday (bottom photo). Mosey on over for some afternoon delight. It’s the most C&W Sunday fun you can have with your boots on @ Neon Boots, 12 noon. They know how to do Sunday right.

Dangerous Disco. Thumping beats and the Texans on TV. Don’t stop ‘til you get enough @ Eagle Houston, 12 noon – 2 a.m. This weekly party is off the chain.

Beer Bust Sundays fill you with all you can take @ Ripcord, all day.

Sunday Fun Day Karaoke with a host that’s as entertaining as the singers @ Guava Lamp, 10 p.m. Lounge doors for day drinking at 4 p.m.

Bust Sundays. It’s you and your brew crew for the cheapest vodka and draft you’ll find. Don’t let the weekend getaway without one more round @ Ripcord, 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Sunday Fun Day Drag Show with Kofi and the girls and all of Houston’s ready-to-party gay boys @ JR’s. All day bar, evening drag.

Hot Mess Sunday with Deejay Pollo and Ricky Lee and Houston’s hottest Spanish-English video remix set @ Blur, 10:30 p.m.

Sunday Funday parties hard until you absolutely have to go home and start your workweek @ Bayou City Bar & Grill, 12 noon.

Men At Work with trash disco by DJ Danny G and drink specials @ Mining Company, all day.

Retox Sunday and shut down the weekend. These queens know what you need, and you’re going to get it @ F Bar, 6 p.m.
