Friday, May 24
Big Peach Gay Softball Tournament (top photo). The annual weekend-long holigay always brings the gay jocks from around the nation to town for bats and balls through Sunday. Kick it off with the Opening & Registration Party @ Burkhart’s, 5 p.m. Check out our hot jock tournament photos from years past.
Jen Foster (second photo) plays a live set for the ladies who love ladies who love lesbian guitar licks @ Eddie’s Attic, 7:30 p.m.
Dinner & A Movie with Jaye Lish kicks off Jungle’s Friday with a full menu, drink and meal specials, giveaways, surprises. This week, “Sordid Lives” on the big screen in the Jungle Room with Tammy Wynette trivia for cash @ Jungle, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Then it’s The Other Show with Edie Cheezburger and that cast of crazies, 9:30 p.m.
Got Leche Foam Party gets sudsy to celebrate the long weekend and making Atlanta’s weekly gay Latin night extra wet and wild @ Club Rush, 10 p.m. – 5 a.m.
Raven from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” hits Atlanta to keep it real with the queens as part of the always fab Fab Five drag revue. It’s the second night that the Season 2 finalist (third photo) is welcomed by the local glamazons @ Burkhart’s, 11 p.m. Read our Raven interview.

Happy Birthday, Baton Bob! Gay Atlanta’s Ambassador of Mirth (fourth photo) on the streets of Atlanta turns 61 with no signs of stopping his majorette street performance schtick. In addition to werking it, it’s been a busy year of raving, whistle blowing to the cops, dishing on Judge Joe Brown, and kickin’ it with Brandon Rudat. Be sure to go say long live the queen!
JustUsATL First Anniversary celebrates the queer youth group and its supporters with raffle, dinner, buffet, games and fun @ JustUs ATL, 6 p.m.
Glow Party with DJ Dee de la Vega gets the women moving and grooving in the black light crazy that is Saturday night @ My Sister’s Room, 9 p.m.
