Better Way To Meet Mixer. Single gay guys gather for after-work drinks with the organizers of this non-hookup dating site @ Anchor Down, 6 p.m.
Road Trip: Tybee Rainbow Fest. Beach gays in Southeastern Georgia welcome all comers to their version of Pride @ Tybee Island, Ga., all weekend.
Boys Room. Come hang out with the cool kids @ Mary’s, 9 p.m.
Cirque du Soleil: Kurios. The latest cirque show hits town with a steampunk “cabinet of curiosities” @ Atlantic Station, 8 p.m. Runs through May 8. It's a six-pack show of sex appeal.
The Other Show. A weekly drag cabaret with an eclectic cast tries to keep you guessing @ Jungle, 9:30 p.m
Deadly Vixens puts the grrls on display for your entertainment and your dollars, plus Second Level beats upstairs @ Blake’s, 9 p.m.
Femme Fatale with Manilla Luzon puts the drag glamazons on display each week. Get your singles ready for premiere Atlanta queens, this week with an RPDR finalist as special guest @ Burkhart’s, 11 p.m.
Glitz & Glam Dinner Theater. Charlie Brown, the undisputed Bitch of the South and her gurlz entertain with dinner and a show amid the fancy theater experience of Atlanta’s premiere drag restaurant and bar. Make Reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m.
Friday Night Dance Party. Another weekly way to kick off your weekend just hit 10th Street. See what you can get into @ G’s, 10 p.m.
Ladies Lounge. Get your lesbian weekend started with a DJ-driven dance party, live performances and scores of women in the new Midtown home of Atlanta lesbian nightlife @ My Sister’s Room, 9 p.m.
Chaparral Night turns up the volume on its weekly gay Latin party with stage shows and dancing into the wee hours @ Club Rush, 10 p.m. – 5 a.m.

HRC Atlanta Gala Dinner & Auction (middle photo). The annual gala for the national LGBT rights lobby sits down to dinner in fancy dress with actress Kate Beckinsale as the special guest @ Hyatt Regency Atlanta, 6 p.m. It's always a big deal.
Atlanta Bucks Season Closer. The final match of the local gay rugby season pits our hometown boys against the Charleston Blockade @ Boulevard Crossing Park, 2 p.m.
NFFLA Flag Football pits the gay teams of National Flag Football League of Atlanta in their weekly gay jock showdown @ Silverbacks Park, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
#Daydrunk. Drink specials put you to bed early or make you the life of tonight’s party @ Mary’s, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Do it, and you may not remember what you did during regularly schedule shenanigans, 9 p.m.
