Be our guest: Win tickets to Gay Men’s Chorus

imageVIPs don’t clamor for tickets. Let us treat you like the guest of honor that you are. Here’s your chance to attend one of three performances of the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus “Georgia On Our Minds” concert.

That’s right. While everyone’s clamoring to see the show, including Cochran, Ga., prom teen Derrick Martin, you could be going for free.

People are paying as much as $40 to see the homecoming finale performances of the chorus’ statewide tour that has received high praise at sold-out shows in our sister cities from Savannah, Augusta, Macon and Athens.

That’s where we come in. Project Q is giving away 12 tickets—four to each show—on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. Just for our readers.

Because we’re feeling impish and playful, and because we can’t choose between our beloved readers, you do have to do one little thing to win.

Oh, come on, it’s easy. Comment below this story with what pops into your head when “Georgia is on your mind.” The best responses get the swag.

Be sure to include which of the three shows you can attend, and how many tickets you’d prefer (1 to 4 per show), and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you don’t already have a user name, pick one and include your e-mail address in the login box. Your e-mail is not visible in the post, and we will never share it with anyone.

We’ll send the winners an e-mail to confirm, and your tickets will be waiting with your name at the “Will Call” desk at the show.

Then sit back, relax and be our guest.
