It was a new day and happy customers as Woofs returned to debut its new location with a soft reopening on Saturday.
It took just three weeks between the time the gay sports bar closed after 17 years on Piedmont Road and reopened at 494 Plasters Avenue, which is off Monroe Drive not far from the retail and restaurant district Armour Yards.
Woofs owner Gregory Hughes announced the move in March and he was excited about the new space being 800 square feet bigger, having more parking and a new kitchen. Congrats, Team Woofs!
