Thursday, April 30

Georgia Equality Lonely Cocktails Club (top photo). Every Thursday, pour yourself a drink and join the discussion of the statewide LGBTQ rights org’s ongoing work. Topics like census, self-care, elections and mutual aid are on the docket @ Facebook Live, 5:30 p.m.

Georgia Equality Virtual Town Hall. The statewide LGBTQ rights group continues its online event series with Marvin Lim, a candidate for Georgia House District 99, taking your questions @ Facebook Live, 5:30 p.m. Find all of GE’s endorsements here.

BackStory. Queer comic Ian Aber hosts a weekly lineup of comedic interviews, kikis and teehees, this week with Brigitte Bidet, Lucky Yates and Dulce Sloan @ Instagram Live, 8 p.m.

Anti: The Visual Experience. Celebrating Rihanna's "Anti" with The Unfriendly Black Hotties, featuring drag queens from across the country, including Atlanta's IV Fischer @ Twitch, 9 p.m.

All Stripes Virtual Tailgate. The LGBTQ Atlanta United soccer fan group (photo) can’t go to the Benz, but they sure as hell can socialize over home cocktails, ordered-in grub, DJ beats and games. Join the crowd @ Facebook Live, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

The House of Alxndr Show. All the drag to cure your COVID blues. Every other Saturday for the duration @ Twitch, 9 p.m.

Redecorate. Those four walls are caving in on you. Reimagine them with our guide to low- and no-cost ideas @ theQatl.com.

DayDrunk. Mary’s continues its Mary’s in Space events to benefit its out-of-work employees, this time with illustrator (and Q’s own) Brad Gibson showing his stuff @ Twitch.tv, 2 p.m.

Heyday Fastforward. DJ Kimber and her boys gather for an ‘80s-‘90s dance party from their living rooms with a decade change every hour @ Facebook Live, Zoom and more, 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.

Tuesday, May 5

Virtual Retro Video Jukebox (photo). DJ Mister Richard curates an entertaining two hours of vintage music videos as a fundraiser for Woofs Sports Bar Atlanta employees @ Twitch, 7 p.m. The weekly event is going gangbusters so far.

Cooking. As they say at Checkers, ya gotta eat. By now, you’ve exhausted your kitchen repertoire, so fire up the stove and expand your horizons.
