In costumes that would make Santa blush, scores of Speedo-clad men and women dashed through Virginia-Highland in chilly temperatures on Saturday to raise funds for charity.
The 8th Annual Atlanta Santa Speedo Run allowed Santas to jingle their bells during a 1.5-mile dash along Highland Avenue. The event raised more than $78,000 for CHRIS 180, which provides counseling and housing to children and families in need.
It's a gay-popular parade of abs that started at Manuel's Tavern in 2009. And the Santas have delighted fans every year since – 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010 too.
