You really should find Randy Brazee and Jonathan Huff, friend them on Facebook and hope you get an invite to this gay couple’s fabulous renovated home in Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood. They’ve got the perfect place to throw a party.

And apparently they do just that, what with their dining room table that seats 12, nearby pool table and a full service bar. Sounds like the perfect setting for sequels to the raunchy gay porn films Michael Lucas shot in that well put together Midtown home a few years ago.

But we digress. Brazee and Huff are shacked up together in the six-room converted former library that was shuttered in 1995. The boys did the work themselves—even down to reworking the separate male and female bathrooms. Hello, it was a library and they don’t come with showers (or tubs).

HGTV has profiled the home and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Private Quarters recently caught up with the couple.

Words such as “simple” and “easy to live in” define their interior design style. “Our style is partly driven by us, and it’s a lot driven by the building itself and the space and trying to do something that’s in keeping with the building,” Brazee says.

Private Quarters loves the gays. But this look provides a nice departure from the plush condos profiled in the past. Deer heads. Ugh. So condo tower. Historic homey charm is always a nice touch.
