Adding a visiting dignitary to an already stellar local cast was a natural fit for Atlanta Pride Weekend. Burkhart’s upped the ante this year with several “RuPaul’s Drag Race” elite.
The neighborhood haunt raised the bar on its drag-tastic lineup. The line spilled out the door and into the parking to catch a mix that often includes local “Ru” Girls Phoenix, Mariah Balenciaga and Trinity K. Bonet. For Pride, the bar added Raja (top photo) and Detox on Friday to kick off its RuPride weekend.
Needless to say, the capacity Pride crowds ate it up.
