Clad in skimpy Speedos and less revealing onesies, some 160 swimmers crowded the pool at Georgia Tech on Saturday to splash around with the gay Atlanta Rainbow Trout and its annual tournament.
The squad pushed back the St. Nicholas SCM Invitational, typically held before the Christmas holiday, to late January. The result? Organizers say they enjoyed one of the largest pools of participants ever. But no one was squirting anyone with oversized water guns. Unfortunately.
