It wouldn’t have been Pride Weekend without the locally organized Heaven Party. The annual event took over the Park Tavern on Saturday with acrobats, fire-breathers and tons of women out for a good time.
The event moved from its traditional Friday slot to Saturday this year, but the atmosphere was just as lively. Conveniently located a stone’s throw from Atlanta Pride’s main stage in Piedmont Park, the party had the lesbians swapping their Pride duds for some angel wings, devil horns and a full bar to dance the night away.
