My Sister’s Room held its 22nd annual Halloween bash on Saturday by shelling out big bucks to the best overall costume.
The Midtown bar was filled with ladies vying for the $500 prize.
The night included two DJs, go-go dancers, drink specials and the Queerly Beloved Revue show with a “Rocky Horror” theme.
