My Sister’s Room was packed for a weekend of parties, comedy shows and seminars all Black Gay Pride weekend this year.
Friday kicked off with the Lez Laugh comedy show, the Andro Models Bottle Blackout party and a block party. Saturday brought Kia Comedy’s Lesbian Luau followed by the Speak Out Speakeasy seminar and the Traffic Light Party. The events were part of Kia Comedy's "Her Pride" weekend schedule during Black Gay Pride.
After the Pure Heat Community Festival on Sunday afternoon in Piedmont Park, people flocked to the All Black Dance Party back at MSR.
