Talk amongst yourselves.

That was the tack gay mystery novelists Anthony Bidulka (left) and Neil Plakcy took during their appearance Tuesday at Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse. Instead of following the usual format for these stops—read from your work followed by a Q&A with fans—the two struck up a dialogue with one another to ask questions and reflect on their craft.

Bidulka hit Atlanta with the fifth in his series of mysteries featuring his investigator Russell Quant.  Plakcy has written three novels in his Hawaiian Mystery Series starring gay sleuth Kimo. Plakcy has also published an anthology of gay erotica.
