Atlanta gays revved up their Halloween costume engines on Saturday with a theme night from Legendary Children. The drag-art collective’s Freakshow brought sideshow curiosities to the Masquerade club.
Nicole Paige Brooks played ringleader to carnival performers, fortune tellers, go-go clowns and of course, drag queens and kings. The combination of pre-Halloween and “American Horror Story: Freakshow” zeitgeist found guests ready to express themselves to the beat of DJs Vicki Powell, King Atlas and Silk Wolf.
