The gays that bring us summer’s Backpack in the Park and the holiday season’s Toy Party kicked off and poured on their 10th fundraising year for Georgia’s children in need with a beer bust on Saturday at Joe’s.
For the Kid in All of Us took advantage of the sunshine – and the always-gathered gaggle of gays – on the patio and at the bar at Joe’s on Juniper by offering $10 bottomless brew, raffle prizes and the party beats of DJ Sed.
Start thinking school supplies for your donation to attend the carnival-like Backpack in the Park on July 28. Check out photos from last year’s Backpack. The For The Kid summer fun continues with a WNBA game with the Atlanta Dream on Aug. 25.
