The camp drag queens of the East Point Possums resurrected their June show on Saturday with an intown twist.
The fundraiser at Variety Playhouse in Little Five Points was billed as "Summer Camp." Edie Cheezburger and the Possums served as “head counselors” for the affair, which benefited Rainbow House.
The Possums held their 20th and final show in 2017 in downtown East Point.
The new show featured performances by the Possums, Cheezburger, Athens Showgirl Cabaret, Lori Divine, Corian Ellisor, Taylor Alxndr, Melissa Coffey, Ruby Redd, Perka Stex, Venus Thigh Trap, Inertia, Mitzi Pennington, Thin Mint, The Other Show, Jaye Lish, Molly Rimswell, Or Chid and Taejah L. Thomas.
