The Atlanta Dream hits the court tonight after a weeks-long break for the Olympics. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution took a look at how members of the WNBA team spent their vacation.
When the WNBA took a month off for the Olympics, Betty Lennox stole a move from a Super Bowl champion.
At 31, she went to Disney World.
“I was really pumped and excited to see Minnie and Mickey. Snow White. Aladdin. Goofy. All of them,” she said of her first trip to the Magic Kingdom.
The Dream’s season resumes tonight against Connecticut, but not before some players had a chance to savor their down time.
