From one big gay mess to the next, Porsha Williams has gay-baited – and gay glammed shopped – her way through "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Now, she's been caught ranting about saving the gays, hookers and drug dealers.
The video (below), first reported by TMZ on Monday, shows that Williams' homophobic ways extend well past her current RHOA stint. She opened this season by flirting with gay stereotypes, then resorted to calling her ex-husband Kordell Stewart a queen and denying that she's his beard. That's after a Season 5 highlight reel in which she ponders whether she could tell if Stewart is gay by sticking a finger in his ass.
The TMZ video – a three-minute clip of Williams rambling, screaming and ranting from the pulpit of High Praise Christian Center Ministries in Lithonia – shows that she lumps the gays in with hookers, drug dealers and suicidal people as ones needing saving from God.
"We Christians supposed to be telling the hooker on the street, the drug dealer, the person who in the hospital trying to commit suicide, the gays, the lesbians, we're supposed to try and save them and tell them you are worthy."
It's homophobia at its best. And the video comes a day after Williams rambled her way around questions from gay Bravo executive Andy Cohen about her "queen" slinging and implying that Stewart is gay. Watch in the clip above as Williams attempts to dismiss her linguistic lapse. NeNe Leakes also came under fire for her "queen" baiting this season and dismissed Cohen on Sunday by offering to kiss his gay ass.
Better still, Williams flat out denies ever suggesting that her ex is gay. Except when she did (again), this time to "Access Hollywood Live."
"I haven’t spoke out on that and I won’t,” she begins, normally enough. But then she sort of confirms? “To me, that's his life — whatever that is. If he says he isn't, I guess that's what he wants you all to believe. For me, I'm concerned about Porsha and being better and growing from what I went through."
