Get tested for free at these spots on National HIV Testing Day

Non-profits, corporations and county boards of health are offering free HIV tests throughout metro Atlanta this week to stem the city’s HIV epidemic.

The effort is part of National HIV Testing Day, an annual observance to encourage people to get tested and know their status. Metro Atlanta has the third-highest rate of new HIV infections, according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.
