Lesbian Atlanta ladies who like a cocktail or three to start their weekend will soon have a new monthly place to do just that, nestled between two gay nightlife hotspots. Don't worry, the gay boys play nice.
Sometimes party promoter Anna Ragghianti, the owner of the now-closed lesbian haunt Bellissima, took to Facebook on Wednesday to cheer on a new offering from 10th & Piedmont:
Mark your calendars Ladies, you asked for it... this one's for you.... a monthly Friday night party! The 1st one is the last Friday of this month .... May 31st!
Finally a sexy, upscale lounge .... '10th & Piedmont' in the heart of Midtown!
Uniquely hand crafted cocktails, vodka bar featuring infused martini's, 'share plates', DJ.... a room full of lovely Ladies and a few of our guy friends too!
NO COVER! 10pm - 2:30am
More details coming soon! Spread the word! — in Atlanta. — at 10th & Piedmont.
The restaurant by day, bar by night opened in December and has been attracting the gays ever since. With art. With movies. And now on Sundays, with drag.
UPDATE | Here's the official Facebook invite for Swank. Its debut is just one of The best gay things to do in Atlanta this weekend.
