Atlanta man blames gay trick for pantless arrest

When a gay trick goes bad for this Atlanta man, it goes really bad. Doors are locked. Pants are misplaced. Police are called.

But sadly, it's a familiar story for 29-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Johnson, who was arrested June 19 at the Darlington, a high-rise apartment building on Peachtree Road in Buckhead. He now faces a public indecency charge.

A security guard spotted Johnson on the seventh floor about 11:50 a.m. How did he know something might be amiss? Johnson was inside a closet with running water spilling on the floor – nude from the waist down, according to an incident report from Atlanta police.

Just 12 days earlier, on June 7, Atlanta police said they found Johnson at the same apartment building – yep, without pants. And police don't like a dangling dinky in Buckhead. But wait, Johnson is the victim in all of this, he tells police.

“Mr. Johnson stated on a previous date that he met a subject on a dating site at which time subject robbed him and put him out of the apt.,” according to the incident report.

Yet Johnson couldn't remember the apartment number of the trick who threw him out and kept his pants. Johnson's story sounds a little sketchy, but it happens. Remember those UGA students that tossed out their trick wearing only a jock?

Johnson apparently enjoys the Darlington, but he doesn't rent an apartment there. He lives in Conyers, which is quite the commute for a booty call. So police booked him into the Atlanta City Detention Center.

Johnson has been arrested at least once before. Atlanta police arrested him April 29, 2014 on a theft by taking charge in Gwinnett County. He spent nearly two months in Fulton County Jail before being transferred to the Gwinnett Sheriff's Office.

Tricks go bad, whether at the Darlington, with a porn star at a bowling alley in Conyers or with syphilis and your daddy. Jack'd troubles? Yep. Tinder? That one too.
