Atlanta gay dishes about straight TV castmate he snagged

Tree hugging, steamy shower taking Atlanta guy Danny Roberts returned to TV last week to dish about the now straight guy he shagged during a reality TV gig. And it wasn't the hottie military officer he once dated.

When Bravo gay Andy Cohen quizzed the guests, Roberts was the only one to admit that, yep, he got laid during a season of “The Real World-Road Rules Challenge.” And his castmate sex partner? “Straight and married now.” Which of course led Cohen and other guests on Wednesday's “Watch What Happens Live” to squeal in delight.

NewNowNext kept tongues wagging by speculating that Roberts hooked up with WWE superstar Mike “The Miz” Mizanin. Or Adam Larson. Either way, we'd watch that on TV.

Roberts, a UGA grad who grew up in Rockmart, Ga., fled to New Orleans in 2000 for “The Real World.” That's where he created national buzz by dating Paul Dill, who at the time was a U.S. Army captain risking being outed during the military's “Don't Ask Don't Tell” gay ban.

Roberts returned to Atlanta in 2008 after stints in Seattle and New York to hug a few trees and GLAAD gays. He left again in 2011 and returned to Seattle, at least between steamy shower scenes with Darryl Stephens for “DTLA.” And now? He's back in Atlanta working in real estate with Redfin and happily partnered to a non-straight guy.
