With the help of Jell-O shots, plungers and even some Vienna sausages, the Armorettes delighted a crowd of hundreds on Sunday with its annual Easter Drag Races.

The Easter holigay isn’t complete without the outdoor celebration of camp drag, which unfolded again this year in the parking lot of Ansley Square outside Burkhart’s. There were drag numbers between games of Tops & Bottoms, Toss Your Salad, Panty Hose Croquet, Drag Races and more.

The hours-long event raised funds to benefit the local HIV charities that the Armorettes donate to each year. View photos from the 2011 and 2010 Easter Drag Races.
