Andy Cohen ready for gay Atlanta to get nekkid

Talk show host and head queen of “The Real Housewives” franchise Andy Cohen loves to dish in Atlanta. But what's he really thirsty for when he visits? Naked men.

Cohen, once the chief gay and head of development for Bravo, returns to Atlanta on Saturday to pitch his new book, “The Andy Cohen Diaries.” Where might you find him after the book signing and gab fest? Swinging Richards.

From the AJC:

Q: According to the book, earlier this year before the Atlanta reunion show, you made it to both the Optimist and Swinging Richards. Thoughts?

A: I love them both. My buddy Lindsay Denman lives in Atlanta, and he takes me places whenever I come to town. I loved the Optimist (a Midtown restaurant). And everything is great about (gay strip club) Swinging Richards.

Cohen stops in Atlanta regularly, whether it's to shoot a reunion special for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” pitch one of his books, pick up an award or eat at Chick-fil-A. (Bad gay!) He's even knocked back cocktails at Blake's.

And Atlanta is no stranger to his late-night Bravo talk show, “Watch What Happens: Live.” He's taken “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast members to task for their gay-baiting and queen slang, pushed mogul Tyler Perry to the brink of coming out and dished with cute Atlanta gay Danny Roberts about shagging a straight guy.

Cohen takes part in a Q&A, meet-and-greet and book signing on Nov. 15 at the Book Festival of the MJCCA.
