Atlanta SM Solidarity’s annual Spring in the South BDSM weekend opened on Friday at Atlanta Eagle with a Welcome Party before getting down to business on Saturday and Sunday.

The opening party was more intimate for some than others, so some of the photos in our gallery may not be suitable for everyone—or everyone’s workplace (NSFW).

Not content to wait until the event’s courses, demonstrations and playtime over the weekend, A.S.S. members welcomed visitors and got to know each other at the Eagle on Friday before the main event began at 1763 Dungeon the following morning.

Spring in the South is in its 23rd year. Vendors were on hand, as well as instructors from across the country in four general workshop tracks: Dungeon Arts, Psychological, Sensation Play and Electives.

Individual courses ranged from leather and boot care to flogging, bondage and needle play, just for starters. The complete schedule also included meals, cocktail parties, networking and social gatherings.
