A GIF of Mayor Reed’s gay marriage ‘wrong’

Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed seldom admits he's wrong. So when he did so Sunday during his gay marriage victory lap with tatted gay TV hunk Brandon Rudat, of course the moment needs to be memorialized with a GIF. The three words came early in Reed's interview with Rudat for "Public Affairs on Peach": "For many years, I – as a lot of other folk – thought that civil unions were appropriate and did the job. The fact of the matter is, I was wrong. It doesn’t do the job." Reed finally backed marriage equality with a surprise announcement in mid December, then started his victory lap with gay MSNBC anchor Thomas Roberts. Then he tangled with the AJC's PolitiFact about whether his gay marriage evolution amounted to a flop flop.
