Favorite drink: Friday Night Special

Recipe: Vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice, splash of sour mix, cranberry and Sprite

Why it’s your fave: Customer wanted something different other than a Madras. So, I throw something together that would be refreshing and not too potent. It became a favorite of mine as well as the customer. I had to come up with a name and being that this was a regular Friday night customer, that’s how the name came about. I now have many that order this regularly.

Favorite drink: Brown Derby

Recipe: 2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce grapefruit juice and a splash of simple syrup

Why it’s your fave: It’s a sweet, refreshing drink that’ll satisfy even non-bourbon drinkers.

Favorite drink: Washington Apple

Recipe: 1.5 ounces of Crown Royal, 1/2 ounce Dekupyer Apple Pucker, splash cranberry juice, serve over ice

Why it’s your fave: It’s a crowd-pleaser. If someone isn’t sure what they want, it always make a good suggestion.

Recipe: 1 ounce Grey Goose, 1 once Grand Marnier, 1 ounce Red Bull, 1/4 ounce orange juice, 1/4 ounce cranberry juice
