Impulse Group Atlanta celebrated World AIDS Day with art, advocacy and more than a few cocktails during an event in West Midtown on Friday.
The organization, which is affiliated with AIDS Healthcare Foundation, promotes HIV education and safe-sex awareness among gay men. It marked World AIDS Day with "Omni: A Cultural Explosion of Love & War."
On Saturday, Impulse hosts its 5th Annual Holiday Celebration – this year called "DOUX: A Candy Coated Affair" – in Midtown. The event will collect toys that will be distributed to children living with HIV.
