Friday, Sept. 15

The Other Show. Come to the unique weekly drag cabaret with an eclectic cast and special guests that always pack a surprise @ Jungle, 9 p.m.

B52s & ASO. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra welcomes the Georgia-bred queer and queer-adjacent party band for a combo joint @ Symphony Hall, 8 p.m.

Boys Room. Hang with the cool kids in East Atlanta @ Mary’s, 9 p.m.

Pump. It’s what the boys’ boys do on Fridays @ Heretic, 10 p.m.

DJ Ron Pullman gets the weekend going @ Atlanta Eagle, 10 p.m.

Fresh Face Friday puts the newest drag glamazons on display. Then get your singles ready for premiere queens in Femme Fatale @ Burkhart’s, 9:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Glitz & Glam Dinner Theater. Charlie Brown, the undisputed Bitch of the South and her gurlz entertain with dinner and a show amid the fancy theater experience of Atlanta’s premiere drag restaurant and bar. Make Reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m.

Celestial Friday. Celeste Holmes hosts the show “where the stars come out” and puts the grrls on display for your entertainment and your dollars, plus Second Level beats upstairs @ Blake’s, 11 p.m.

Ladies Lounge. Get your lesbian weekend started with a DJ-driven dance party, live performances and scores of women in the new Midtown home of Atlanta lesbian nightlife @ My Sister’s Room, 9 p.m. 

 

Saturday, Sept. 16

Atlanta Bucks Homecoming. The annual home match that is even burlier and better than the gay rugby squad’s other games @ Boulevard Crossing Park, 1 p.m.

Atlanta Dragstravaganza. Come enjoy this fun party day of music, drinks, vendors, makeup demos, videos, photography and more @ Jungle, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

#Daydrunk. Drink specials put you to bed early or make you the life of tonight’s party @ Mary’s, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Do it, and you may not remember what you did during the regularly scheduled shenanigans, 9 p.m.

Studs & Suds Car Wash. Let the dancers who lather you up by night lather up your ride by day to benefit charity @ BJ Roosters, 2 p.m.

AIDS Walk Beer Bust. Drink bottomless brews to raise funds for the upcoming big event @ Joe’s, 2 p.m.

Gays For Plays. The theater-queen extension of Rainbros sees ‘Hunchback of Notre Dame’ together @ Rialto, 7 p.m.

Circuit Saturday: DJ Isaac Escalante. Up your guy game again for a manly man dance party @ Heretic, 10 p.m. Get there early for Armorettes for AIDS Walk, 8 p.m.

Icon: Kylie & Robyn. It takes two divas to fuel this performance-looks-and-dance night @ @ Jungle, 10:30 p.m. Get there early for Fantasy Girls, 9 p.m.

DJ Mr. Richard kicks Saturday into high gear @ Atlanta Eagle, 10 p.m. This week, it includes the Gear Photo Exhibit by Brian McCall.

Sizzling Startlets and Fever. The opening show is followed by the quintessential drag cast working for your dollars @ Burkhart's, 9:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. 

Glitz & Glam with Charlie Brown. The self-titled Bitch of the South and her girls entertain with dinner and a show in the theater experience of Atlanta’s drag restaurant and bar. Make reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m. 

GlitterBomb werqs Saturday night with a drag show hosted by Edie Cheezburger, a cast of premiere queens and special guests @ Blake’s, 10 p.m.

Afterhours really gets cranking when the party moves to Cheshire Bridge Road with DJs Cosmo and Tracy Levine @ Tokyo Valentino, 3 a.m. – 7 a.m.

 

Sunday, Sept. 17

Sporty Sunday Funday (bottom photo). All the games and matches on the screens and all the guys to watch it with @ Woofs, 12 noon.

Drag Brunch brings the Sisters of Sequins with Bubba D. Licious at the wheel while you eat @ Lips, 12:30 p.m. Walk-ins welcome. Or sleep in and do Dinner with the Divas, 6:30 p.m.

Sunday Tea. The weekly tradition of dudes, DJs and drinks continues @ Ten. Low-Tea vocal tracks, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. High Tea today’s hits, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
