The boys and bears with beards laced up their skates and hit the rink in Piedmont Park on Monday for a holiday tradition, gay Atlanta style.
The 5th Annual Beards, Bears and Otters on Ice took its turn at the ice skating rink at Park Tavern. And it did so while collecting toys for Hope Laugh Play's Little Bricks of Hope.
The holiday tradition is the work of Chris Griswold, a former DJ who knows how to rock a manly party. Griswold launched the skating fundraises in 2012 and it's been a blast every year since.
