The Atlanta Bear Fest took its fur-filled weekend of fun and frolicking to the Eagle on Saturday for its big dance party, Bubba Bang.
With Los Angeles-based DJ Mateo Segade working the booth and George Unda from the online show "Where the Bears Are," the dance party filled the bar. It came during a weekend of pool parties, cookouts and camaraderie during Atlanta Bear Fest.
"We have always felt welcome at the Eagle, and appreciated what they have done for us, They have supported us and given us a place to be. They have never told us no when I have asked for something," John Beck, president of ABF host Southern Bears, told Project Q Atlanta ahead of the annual fest.
In June, Eagle hosted the Stoplight Party with DJ Neon the Glowgobear after it went Deep South with gay Atlanta fave DJ Vicki Powell. In May, the bar went pop with its Britney Bash.
