The Wet Demons returned to compete in the Hotlanta Softball League this season and brought with them the best of their off-the-field fun: patio parties at Joe's.
So with full kegs and scores of Jell-O shots tucked into Easter baskets, the team and its fans packed the patio of the popular Midtown spot on Saturday afternoon for the Eggs & Kegs Beer Bust. It was a nod to the team's legendary beer busts of the past.
DJ Das Monkey and endless raffle prizes and giveaways kept the afternoon hopping.
At the peak of their past softball prowess, the Wet Demons won the Gay Softball World Series in the C Division in 2007 – one of just a handful of teams to do so in the last decade.
